Each tablet contains:
- Folic Acid 500 mcg
Benefits

- Folic acid taken daily prior to becoming pregnant and during early pregnancy helps to reduce the risk of neural tube defects.
Dosage
- Not recommended for children younger than 14.
- Adults and children older than 14: One tablet daily.

- Women who are planning to become pregnant, could become pregnant, are pregnant or are breast-feeding.
